Expensive machining centres are needed for machining large and heavy workpieces. For some customers it does not pay off to purchase such a machining centre.
Here Koellmann can offer an external option to have large individual specimens or small series machined on state-of-the-art machines by highly qualified specialists.
We have available a 3-axes-CNC-machining centre with pallet exchanger for workpieces of up to 1.500 kg. Furthermore, we can machine workpieces of up to 8.000 kg max. on a 3-axes-CNC-bed-type milling machine or up to 6.500 kg on a Union jig-boring machine which is also controlled along three axes. This manufacturing equipment plus the know-how of Koellmann specialists guarantee extreme precision.
