We are a manufacturer of custom made gearboxes, and as such we are offering a wide variety of gearing. The resulting conflict of goals between us and our customer, who expects a prompt and unbureaucratic solution to his „problem“, is inevitable.
Furthermore, it is clear to every operator that we cannot store complete spare part kits for all gear boxes.
However, the modular design of our different lines of gear boxes allows us to alleviate this conflict of goals.
Where there is no possibility of storage beyond our „standard program“, we will normally always find a solution in cooperation with our customers.
