Gear boxes should be periodically serviced by specialized personnel. This will ensure a long life and low wear of the serviced gear boxes.
Professional servicing is a fixed part of our warranty.
During the service our maintenance personnel will appraise the general state of the gear box. Depending on the result the further actions will be defined together with the customer, containing e.g. a function sustaining cleansing, a thorough inspection for leakage, a temperature measurement as well as the resulting optimisation of the cooling system, and the exchange of the lubricant.
Minor malfunctions can often be repaired cost-effectively during the regular maintenance.
